Every treatment here is The Cha Method, hands-on, whole-system, assessment-driven, focused for a specific condition.
Schroth Method for scoliosis
The Cha Method applied to spinal curvature. Three-dimensional posture and breath training for adolescent and adult scoliosis, hyperkyphosis, and pre/post-surgical care.
Pelvic floor physical therapy
Assessment-driven manual physical therapy for postpartum, pregnancy, pelvic pain, endometriosis, urinary leakage, and menopause. Precise, dose-controlled, consent-led.
Acupuncture
The Cha Method extended into classical acupuncture. For neck, back, sciatica, migraine, and chronic muscle tension. As an adjunct to PT, or on its own.
Manual therapy
The foundation of every program here. Hands-on, segment-specific work for neck, back, shoulder, and hip pain, selected by clinical reasoning, not routine.
Postural restoration
The Cha Method at its deepest. Complex chronic pain, asymmetry, and breath-driven pattern work for patients who haven't responded to standard PT.
Pain management
For pain that has outstayed its diagnosis. Manual, movement, breath, and nervous-system work, layered patiently across a course of care.
TMJ care
The Cha Method applied to the jaw. Manual work for TMJ dysfunction, clicking, locking, headaches, and bruxism, treated as part of the whole upper-quarter system.
Botox therapy
Targeted Botox for jaw pain, bruxism, and chronic headaches. Performed in-clinic and coordinated with your physical therapy plan when relevant.
Electrical stimulation
TENS, NMES, and interferential current as adjuncts to hands-on care. Used when the tissue or nervous system needs a precise input that hands alone cannot deliver. Bundled into the 60-minute session.
Hypermobility
For bodies that move too far, too easily. Stability, proprioception, and patient loading for HSD, hEDS, and recurrent joint instability. Not more stretching.
