Pricing.
Our care is built around unhurried sixty-minute visits with the same therapist every time. We accept select insurance plans directly. For plans we're out-of-network with, most PPOs reimburse 40 to 70 percent of the visit cost after the deductible. We provide a superbill after every visit so you can submit to your plan.

The insurance picture.
For plans we accept directly, we handle billing. For plans we're out-of-network with, most PPOs reimburse a meaningful portion. Either way, we walk you through it. Reach out about your plan before booking and we'll give you a clear picture.
Ask us about your plan
We accept select plans directly, send us your insurance details and we'll let you know. For others, you pay at the visit by card, cash, or HSA/FSA.
We give you a superbill
An itemized receipt with all the codes your insurer needs. Sent to your email after every visit.
You submit to your insurer
Usually online, in five minutes. We are happy to walk you through your first submission if it is new.
They reimburse you directly
Reimbursement varies by plan. Many PPOs return 40 to 70 percent of the visit cost after the out-of-network deductible.
HSA and FSA accounts
Both are accepted at the time of visit, paying with pretax dollars when available.
Package rates
For courses of care (typically 8 to 12 sessions), package rates are available. Ask at your evaluation.
You probably want to know.
How do I know if my plan reimburses?
Call the member services number on the back of your insurance card and ask about your physical therapy benefits, the deductible, the coinsurance percentage, and the visit limit per year. We can walk you through what to ask if it is your first time. Send us your plan details before booking and we'll tell you what we can confirm directly.
Do you take Medicare?
Yes. We accept Medicare for eligible patients. Reach out with your plan details and we'll walk through your specific coverage before your first visit.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All major credit cards, debit cards, HSA and FSA cards, cash, and check. Payment is collected at the time of service.
Are there discounts for paying upfront?
Package rates are available for committed courses of care, typically 8 to 12 sessions. The discount reflects the certainty of the schedule for both sides. Ask during your evaluation.
What about cancellations?
We hold your hour. We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations; same-day cancellations and no-shows are billed at the full visit rate. The full policy is provided when you book.
What patients tell us.
"I came in expecting a brace and a worry. I left with a plan and a breath that was actually mine."
"I'd had the same low-back spasm three times a year for a decade. After four sessions, I could pick up my grandson without thinking. I'm still not sure how it works. I'm just grateful it did."
Hands-on care, crafted around you.
Every plan begins with a thorough evaluation. Thirty minutes of direct one-on-one time with your dedicated therapist, within a sixty-minute visit. No rotations, no rush.
