Commit to a course, save across it.
Most patients benefit from a planned series, not single visits. Packages lock in your slots, your therapist, and a meaningful discount. They are paid up front, valid for the timeframe listed, and any unused sessions can be transferred to a family member or refunded pro-rata.

Packages are purchased after your initial evaluation, once we have a plan in writing. The $300 initial evaluation is separate from the package pricing above. Superbills are still provided for each visit so you can submit to your insurer for reimbursement.
A planned course, not a punch card.
-
Begin with an evaluation
The $300 initial evaluation is where we map the body, build the plan in writing, and decide together how many sessions the course should be. Packages are bought after the eval, not before.
-
Pick the package that fits your plan
Four sessions for an acute issue, eight for a full course of care, twelve for a deep method commitment like a complete Schroth program. Paid up front, locked in.
-
Work with one therapist, end to end
Every visit in your package is with the same clinician. No rotations, no shared tables. The relationship is part of the medicine.
-
If life happens, we are flexible
Unused sessions are transferable to a family member or refundable pro-rata. We hold your slot, you hold the plan.
The fine print, in plain English.
Can I use insurance toward a package?
Packages are paid up front at the clinic rate. We still provide a superbill for each visit, with the codes your insurer needs. Many PPO plans reimburse 40 to 70 percent of the visit cost after the out-of-network deductible. Reimbursement goes directly to you.
What if I do not use all my sessions?
Unused sessions are transferable to a family member, or refundable pro-rata at the single-session rate. There is no "use it or lose it." Packages are valid for the timeframe listed on each plan, 90 days for the four-session, 6 months for the eight, 9 months for the twelve.
Are packages specific to one treatment program?
No. The same package covers any of our ten treatment programs, including Schroth, pelvic floor, manual therapy, postural restoration, and the rest. The decision about which method to use is made at the evaluation and adjusted across the course as the body changes.
Can I pay with HSA or FSA?
Yes. Both are accepted for packages, paid up front using pretax dollars when available. Bring the card to your evaluation and we will process the package the same day.
What about cancellations within a package?
The same 24-hour notice policy applies for any package visit. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are deducted from the package count. The full policy is sent to you when you book.
