Training and career.
Dr. Cha earned his Bachelor of Physical Therapy at Yonsei University in Seoul, then his Doctor of Physical Therapy at Stony Brook University in New York. Licensed in New York since 1998. He has trained across postural restoration, Schroth-based scoliosis care, manual therapy, sports rehabilitation, and vestibular and concussion care.
He opened Cha Physical Therapy in 1998 and has worked in NoMad ever since. He personally leads the most specialized programs in the clinic, including Schroth for scoliosis, postural restoration, and post-surgical rehabilitation for spine and shoulder. He sees a small caseload by design and mentors the rest of the therapy team in the Cha Method™.
